This bolo features a calcium carbonate structure formed by marine organisms and collected on Sanibel Island, Florida. The coral-like form developed naturally in shallow coastal water, built gradually over time. I worked around the existing structure rather than altering it.
The stone was carefully cleaned, stabilized, and sealed to preserve its surface texture and natural geometry. It is set as a bolo centerpiece and paired with a brown braided leather cord. Drifstone logo embedded in back.
