Sunfaded Solo Pendant
This Driftstone pendant was crafted from a fragment of a red Solo cup recovered from the shoreline of Sanibel Island, Florida. Prolonged exposure to salt, light, and motion softened the plastic’s original red into a gentle gradient that transitions from peachy pink to deep coral red.
Natural barnacles remain embedded on both the front and back of the piece, preserving the material’s journey through the sea. The reverse side features the inlaid Driftstone logo, marking its transformation from discarded debris into a one-of-a-kind artifact.
Each Driftstone is shaped, polished, and finished entirely by hand—no two will ever be alike.
